AIA Potomac Valley Is An Official Distributor Of AIA Contract Documents

We are currently an authorized distributor for AIA Contract Documents in the following thirteen counties of Maryland: Allegeny, Calvert, Charles, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Montgomery, Prince Georges, St. Marys, Somerset, Washington, Wicomico, and Worcester.

All other counties in Maryland are served by the AIA Baltimore Chapter: 410-625-2585.

Orders from AIA Potomac Valley Chapter MEMBERS ONLY and OVER $50 are  accepted by phone, fax, mail or e-mail and the member will be invoiced.

All others must mail order form with advance payment by check or money order payable to AIAPVC. Be sure to include required shipping/handling fee and MD sales tax if you are a Maryland resident or firm.

The documents produced by the AIA are the most widely used standard form contracts in the construction industry. They facilitate communication among all the parties involved in construction, which makes it easier to produce a high quality project in a timely and economical fashion.
